Exportation of Other Goods

The exportation to non-EU countries, of goods listed in the Schedule to Legal Notice 243 of 2004, is subject to authorisation or an export licence issued by the Commerce Department.

Applications can be accessed through the Malta Import/Export Web Portal. Applicants are required to Login using their e-ID login and password.

This Department will coordinate with other competent entities when their feedback is required in processing an application. On conclusion of the process, the applicant receives an email stating that licence has been issued and can be downloaded from the Malta Import/Export Web Portal.
