Commercial Fairs & Exhibitions

​A licence to hold a Commercial Fair and/or Exhibition shall be valid for seven (7) consecutive days including Sundays and Public Holidays, except Good Friday.

An application for a Licence to hold a commercial fair and/or exhibition, shall be made by the Organiser and shall contain the following information:

(a) the name, address and ID Card No, or any means of identification, of the person organising the Fair and/or Exhibition;

(b) the name and address of the premises where the Fair and/or Exhibition will be held;

(c) the name of each person participating in the Fair and/or Exhibition and the type of products to be sold;

(d) the VAT No of each participant;

(e) the date or dates when the Fair and/or Exhibition will be held.         

(f)     Applicants are to attach a copy of the permit issued by the authority responsible for planning, building and development which allows the sale by retail or the hosting of fairs or exhibitions at the premises.​                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        


A Commercial Fair and/or Exhibition organised for more than seven (7) consecutive days shall require a separate Licence.  These cannot, however, in total exceed thirty (30) days.


All advertising or promotional material promoting the Commercial Fair and/or Exhibition must bear the respective Licence No.
