The
exportation to non-EU countries, of goods listed in the Schedule to Legal
Notice 243 of 2004, is subject to authorisation or an export licence issued by
the Commerce Department.
Applications are to be filled in electronically
and printed back to front. If endorsements by other entities are required these
are to be sought. The form is then to be filed with the Import/Export Unit at
the Commerce Department.
